Yep, the setting is definitely very beautiful and romantic. I think those scenes are the prettiest artwork in the whole manhwa, the backdrops are so lovely. Maetel has it all planned. He even gets the butler to get Louis' ring measurement in advance so the engagement ring fits Louis perfectly.
