Apparently the original korean title is "roxana : how to protect the female lead's older brother" (literal translation from korean title), t@pas only took "roxana"
Now my question is why fan translation totally remove roxana from the title, fan translation doesn't usually do that
you have this long-ass title "The way to protect the female lead's older brother" and now its just "Roxana" i mean I kinda get it but it's very funny ngl (≧∀≦)
