oof I did but I was never officially “diagnosed” it was brought up once with my doctor and after a while I never did it again even up to this point.

Me too, I mostly chewed and spat it out though. I haven't done it since 4th grade, I don't think I realized till now how odd my habits really were back then. I still eat food in a certain way and order.
