I guess people are sayning they are sibilings considering that Yi Yun is Rourou's father, even if not biologicaly.
Rourou and big head are not related by blood because rourou is feng's child (feng's sperms and some random woman's egg), while big head is yiyi's child ( yiyi's sperms and some random woman's egg)
Please enlighten me. So Bighead came from Yi Yun's sperm and an egg from Jinyao's relative(when that Aunt says she got eggs from her relative)? So technically Rourou is somehow related to bighead?
I quite dont get why people say they're siblings though. Are the eggs from the same woman? Was the aunt lying
