I agree. It was too unrealistic for me, too. Fantasy like Harry Potter is fine. But if something is supposed to be realistic, the actions of the characters should be, too. That was a bit too easy of a thought from the mangaka. Too shallow, really.

lol idk how to tell you this but stuff like this does happen, maybe not the changing of uniforms just for a day and stuff which could lead to actual bullying but teachers do sometimes sexual harrass students. its called stachatory rape ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Actually, I disagree. This is very realistic where i'm from. When I was a Sophomore in highschool, my favorite male teacher got arrested in the middle of class because he was caught fooling around with one of the Senior students. She got him out of trouble by saying it was consensual and she was 18. After that, he had no choice but to transfer to another school.
The most teachers aren't like this. Everyone knows that this kind of thing is forbidden and by the way the way the risk is way too high. I mean years of Education (7 years in my country) and you woun't do these things and loose everything because of sex. The moral principles leaved out.
