Is it just me?

I have been noticing these odd things happening to my lists, like some of it disappears on my list. I know I put it on my reading list to track the manhwas I have partially read . At first I thought I just forgot to put it on read and shrugged it off because I know it's just a normal thing, people forget sometimes but it keeps on happening. Like just earlier when I was hunting for new manhwa's to read and as usual I tapped unread to filter it then I start scrolling through the list. You know what I saw there?.... I saw some of the manhwa's I've partially read that I've put on my reading lists. How can those manwha's be there? I know I've put them on reading but why is it not on my reading list!? No wonder when I want to reread this scene I suddenly remember but forgot the title , it's nowhere to be found. You know the feeling of knowing it but not knowing it at the same time? Yeah that's how I feel everytime. I be searching for that one scene like this to Google "that one manhwa about a bl reader getting summoned then got banged by that a God that's kind of a half snake but became a dragon after he banged the mc" and the thing that comes up instead is a snakes double pp. There's also this situation where I thought it was weird cause I wasn't getting any updates about that one manhwa about some actor kind of manhwa, then when I search it up , it wasn't on my reading when I clearly remember putting it on my reading list. Yeah no wonder I wasn't getting any updates . That's all. Sorry for some grammatical errors, I just hope it's at least comprehensible.
