Bull. I can't stand shoujo. I know this, therefore, I DON'T READ IT. I don't torture myself for shits and giggles just so I can slam a genre I can't stand in comments. People who bitch about plots and scenarios that are as common in yaoi as cat shit is a litter box need to stop fucking reading yaoi. Don't like rape, ravishment, noncon, BDSM, cheating... don't read yaoi. The chances that you'll find ONE manga in TWO HUNDRED that doesn't contain those tropes is still a losing bet. Rather than slog through 400 manga that make you so miserable you have to bitch in comments just to find one that doesn't, use that time and energy to find a more suitable genre or media.

This is like bitching that a vampire story has blood, or a horror book has violence. Or a romance has a sex scene. Or a sci-fi has spaceships. Or or or...
There are some things that, with a little bit of research, you should know to expect (especially if you've seen them in 3/4 stories). Yaoi has certain themes and conventions one should expect. If those aren't to your taste, don't see out those types of stories.
There are plenty of comments on each separate manga posted here. I've avoided more than a few stories because I read enough in the comments to know it's not something I want to read. What's so hard about that?
(Err, the "you" here is intended to be a general "you" and not directed at anyone in particular. Just hit "reply" on the last comment!)

Right?! Personally, I hate tragedy stories. This is where tags come in handy. If I see a tragedy tag, I search the comments to see if the tragedy happens to a mob character, like parents or NPC friends, or a main character. If it happens to a main character, that is a story I won't be reading. I learned that lesson by reading Lucky-kun. I didn't read the tags and suffered greatly for my mistake. I have also read some tragedy that were really beautiful and worth reading because they made the tragedy secondary to hope. But those account for, maybe, three manga out of dozens that I took the chance on.
Regardless of any tropes or themes I hate, I always try to read objectively, to be fair in my assessment and review and to be fair to the mangaka that worked their ass off on the story. I leave my personal experiences and hang ups at the title page. It isn't always easy, but I do try. Usually the immature comments piss me off more than any manga trope could. LOL
WHO DON'T LIKE YAOI JUST GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!!!!! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
