This is why I had to stop reading After the Stand-in Shou Faked His Death. Also why I liked The Stand-in Refuses to Become a Regular. The shou treats it like a job until the male lead starts chasing him.
There's a reason behind it..I don't want to spoil but in the novel part , this chapter is still longgg way to go ... The last world is the main world (real world for the both of them ) n then you'll know the reason why shou need to travel to another dimension... Beside this manhua have more than 10 worlds, some are happy ending (MC n ML were together after clarifying misunderstanding or without any misunderstandings at all) , some are bad ending ( MC or Ml died in the process), some are neutral ending( which MC n ml didn't end up together cze MC simply didn't forgave the ML until the moment he died)
I'm still okay with this one as the MC is now an abused idiot who just puts up with the ML's nonsense. The minute he transmigrates he tries to get hubby's love but mission or not if he feels wronged hubby will suffer
I don't see how the main characters of anything wether it be a drama or a manhwa end up with male leads like this because if he does shit like this but becomes nice because he fell in love with you why would you want to be with a man like that if you know he's capable of doing all the bad things you've seen him do
