DEFFO A FAVORITE, I doo see this one dethroning "at the end of the road" as best body swapping. Seroiusly the protagonist is just so funny and you'll easily fall in love w him. He reincarnates in the body of this bullied child who had a crush on his teacher, said teacher is actually an ex-school mate of the protagonist and it seems he gets the same feeling for him because if the body, what will it happen?

Ok this one is not really mafia, more like criminal but oh man when I tell you this is the most bizarre, weird, funny and bizare gem out there im mean it. It might be a lil confusing at the start but the protagonist really shines here, I can even bet you haven't read a protagonist like this one ever. Also, i haven't had so much fun reading a manwha like this one, and it really know how to be serious like wow
