Honestly I can take it or leave it
All i said are just
- I don't really hate Raven
- plot in the part of soothing reader's daddy issue was a bit cliche (It was overused in fantasy manhwa but ofc I didn't hate it that's why I'm here after seeing the title.)
- my 'first impression' of the ML wasn't that great because I don't get to know him yet
I never say i hate this story that I want to drop it. Did analyzing on each characters behavior unacceptable these day? Geez
I know that our mc has been through many miserable life she indeed deserves a new joyful life. Daughter of a powerful duke, talented and handsome twin brothers with herself having the ability and being the 'real' saintess. (Ngl it was a cliché plots) the suicidal part was the only thing that keep her away from enjoying her new life and taking a revenge.
But idk.... I don't really hate Raven. The duke daughter whose everyone thought will be a saintess so everyone treat her like 'a saintess' not 'Raven' (even her own father too). She believes it that she has only one purpose in life and that is to become a saintess.
willing to do absolutely anything for her goal is kinda relatable so i can't help taking a bias on her T-T
It's not acceptable for her to do those terrible things to the mc but it's understandable why she did it. I kinda hope there will be spin-off where she reincarnated and find other purposes to live too. Not to meet other expectations but living her own life with her own values (That will be hard though. Once your hand is dirty it can't be cleansed but I do believe that sin can not dyed a person.)
It was necessary for Raven to be vicious so our mc will have a trauma and a reason to get op power (even better if she reclaimed her position and took a revenge). That is a way to satisfy readers and get popular nowadays. It's also a given that the 'antagonists' need a reason to do bad things so the story wouldn't be unreasonable but yeah... in the end she will receive a miserable ending because she wasn't the heroine.
I don't get to know the ml well. Looks like he know something... (did he also reverse the time?) but tbh my first impression on him wasn't that great hahaha.
