Hi mom was the queen, then the king went and married his lover, she is the lover child. The king Having a lover made the Queen's life miserable, also because she was from another country and didn't have any support in that country as the king made it clear that he cares only about his lover and her child( the princess). Now the king also wants to put her on the throne, which is legitimately his, and it was his mother's wish for him to at least become king. Finally, the father love for the princess made it do that to the deceased queen funeral was not completed as the princess fainted and he cut off the ceremony sending everyone home.
