I think it’s implied in this chapter that he stayed quiet because he was trying to find out what those guys were talking about. People aren’t supposed to know he lost his memories, so he needs to know what he’s dealing with before he lashes out. He was even thinking about lashing out when Uihyeon came along to “rescue” him.
It's kind of disappointing how he stays shut all the time. He never stands up for himself and his blank face is really really frustrating at this point. I'm very patient with this kind of characters (like in Half of Me, the MC has a poker face again) but I'm this close to dropping this one.
This is just my opinion, but i think that the entire idea of him being an indifferent person has been taken too far and there are no moments from him where i felt like there's finally some justice for the poor boy who was the original owner of the body. It's just about a pretty boy who is so pretty that his bandmates are obsessed with him and most people hate him. No major development with respect to the current owner of the body. I really do hope that there are some satisfactory moments eventually.
