Zerkin says something along the lines of that he’s waiting for Sovie to come back/Sovie doesn’t wanna leave him and it’s made very clear they are going to get together again if they are indeed parting ways. The reveal at the end is that Zerkin was training Sovian to be a perfect sex slave, which he fulfilled, and there was a drug/medicine in the marble that has to do with this, I believe.
