Honesty, agreed. The 3 of them are childhood friends but the vibes I'm getting are the 3 of them are a love triangle since young instead. I get they're a young couple and want to be together but as a group of friends, you would usually establish that you want to 100% keep doing certain activities together and for the others not to avoid you or leave you alone. I'm from a trio where 2 of them are dating and yes, they have their dates and their shit but around me, we're just 3 friends. If they want to hang out without me, they'll say that. Yeah I was in the same position with my two friends (who turned out to be two girls).. at first it was just me and this one girl before the other came into our friend group and then those two began dating. It wasn’t like I liked either of them, but it sucks to have to put your friendship at a pause knowing there’s two people who are in a relationship—and relationships don’t ever pause . I had to distance myself away from them because it was awkward to just be that “3rd person”… and then they turned out to be exactly the people I thought they were.
