first it was sadistic story bl and now this, they always try to make it look like "the victims deserved it" and "the perpetrators did it for a reason and they aren't pure evil" it sends so many wrong messages
That's honestly annoying. It's like when a rape victim becomes a rapist. While it's horrible that the victim was raped, it does not excuse their actions for raping someone else.
And from a few comments I've seen and the creator's work, I think this story might be satire. Like, maybe the author is trying to set up a deep plot, and then just fuck it up for shits and giggles. Isn't the uke named "Bitch" or smth? Lmao. The creator might've just made this story to poke at other stories that have "rapist to lover" plot.
I don't care that this story has a different trope of "toxic, rapey uke" and the seme is the victim. I don't find that "unique and interesting," so I won't read it until there's more updates on it. And I don't want to see anyone justifying the uke's rapey actions, it's hypocritical. Maybe the seme did do something horrible to the uke in the past, but I'll have to wait and see for now.
