At first I was a little bitter after knowing ML slept around, but then seeing as how genuine his love for MC was, even if he was cunningly deceptive, he was smart enough to ultimately come clean and honest to MC at the end. I think ML definitely deserves to win this.
ML chose the riskiest route to achieving MC's love, which is by telling MC the whole truth along with the dark parts, and I think that is a testament to how much ML wants this love and relationship to be real and true. Which shows just how sincere his love is for MC. 10 out of 10 for you ML, you wanted your relationship with MC to be real and not a lie you constructed.
The story is incredibly interesting. It felt like a puzzle that was being solved just before my eyes. The ML being able to tell and predict other characters' and his own feelings and thoughts is a really refreshing characteristic to have as opposed to being naive and oblivious to feelings all the time.
