In this type of story the ML wil have existential crisis before accepting that they're not actually really gay. It's really funny. Both Japan and Korea have a lot of this type of stories.
The memorable one for me is Coffee Prince (a good old korean drama starred Gong Yoo). The ML literally sprinted while having existential crisis after finding out that his crush is not a man (after having existential crisis that's gay previously). Poor guy had 2 existential crisis ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Honestly, I'm interested in how the identity reveal is going to go. Considering ML fell in love with her as a man, I wonder if he goes through a demi/pan/bi realization moment. Alternatively, it could be interesting to go through a 'what is this betrayal?' moment. Idk if it'll be that deep, but I want to see some inner turmoil of the ML. It reminds me a bit of Mulan. (Shang was so bi/pan/demi) lol
