From literally the first frame this guy appeared in I knew something was off about him. We haven't really seen him do much yet but I already feel well and truly justified in my distrust of him from this interaction alone. Hodaka is a major creep and he's definitely in cahoots with the girl who drugged Shion, mark my words.
