I think Dylan didn't touch Keira that why he didn't meet her...he didn't use it in the first place
But the 5th prince had Kiera when he became emperor. She said that she's been alongside emperor's for generations when talking about the books she memorized to teach Dylan. He would meet up with Dylan a lot, but she doesn't remember that? She remembered her brother and Kahu talking in the palace, but nothing about Dylan?
