I don’t think I can give you bullet points on why he’s a good partner but I don’t think he’s bad. The doctor does love him. Bc the only thing I see that people probably hated it is that they used to date when he was younger or at least he had a crush on him or something and Idc about that bc it’s like he was kind of too young anyway like he just turned 18 so I don’t really see it has that big of a deal that they used to date or that the doctor didn’t take him seriously back then bc in my opinion he was honestly just a child so I didn’t see that relationship going anywhere anyway.
He's actually good. He has his reasons for hurting the uke back then (not that he wasn't wrong) but he truly loves the uke

Tbh I hated the main couple I was hoping the story would pull a complete 180 and he'd end up with his friend (the healthier and more interesting option imo). I got so emotionally uninvolved after learning about his friends crush cus I had a feeling they wouldn't be endgame

Because I really can't understand why the MC is together with him when he went through so much because of him? His "redemption arc" was pathetic and honestly lackluster, 2 weeks and the MC folded like wet toilet paper cuz Doctor shed some tears. I'm genuinely begging someone to explain to me the good points of this asshole pls
