I read the manga (atleast up to date) and I can recommend it. Dont wanna talk abt it too much. But as you read, a lot of stuff gets explained

He was just used to lure the girl out, he wasn't even dilevering to her house.. it's really inhumane and gives u a good mind fuck, so read it only if ur okay with it.
