i agree with your sentiment, but to categorize lust as “normal,” to reason that someone shouldn’t feel ashamed about it is a bit unreasonable. some people just don’t like the feeling of being controlled by lust, or the thought of it itself. lust is not dirty or shameful inherently, nor is it good or natural. this entire manga was probably more of a personal work, made to showcase and sit with the mangaka’s experiences, and not necessarily something that will resonate with everyone. because, this wasnt exactly made for everyone :^)
This is a very unique take on gender, but there isn't anything wrong with it. But the thing I will criticise is how it demonises lust. List is completely normal and not dirty and shameful. Believing that is a personal problem that you shoud try to overcome.
