I don’t think it’s kidnapping, her country traded her basically for peace since they lost the fight to his country. She’s the daughter of a duke and he’s a duke married for union but the og didn’t like it she was forced to it tho since she’s was an illegitimate daughter so she probably had no choice in the matter
