(Someone already commented this but for those that don't know there's an untranslated special at the end of the main story about KouGin having sex with each other to keep one another in check plus their feelings for Yuu! When they mated the doctor also mentioned how Yuu was only able to mate with 2 alphas at the same time bc they had sex with each other frequently! And of course the implications in this last chapter)
