You can read it in the other manwah, called secret inside my head. So basically they're just the same but I think they upload the chapters differently. the chapter 20 is here but the chapter 19 was on the other one. I suck at explaining but I hope this will help

It’s two different translations. The one with only 19 is a scan group with a pro translator while the one with 20 is MTL with more poor quality chapters but it’s faster than the scan
