I think, this is done to avoid confusion between the uploaders. Some uploaders think that a certain manga/manhwa is not uploading so they pick it up. Resulting to multiple uploads. Making some of the uploaders hard word to clean and typeset etc. to be useless. That's just what I thought tho (￣∇￣")
