I think with the scenes Seth being fucked, harassed or enslaved, the author wants to make Seth experiences all the hardship, horrible things women and men suffered under his rule. And that green dude Osiris has the vibe of crazy scientist when he did all the messed up experiences to create a child of him and Seth. I hate him but he's a fascinating antagonist, cunning, patient, determined, evil. Kind of wanting him to successfull making a child, many a demigod but with a human soul, who will longer live span than mortal yet much shorter than god. Seth can learn to value human life that bried but precious.
