It is bl, but not that one. It's not especially new. The guy pulls him out of the water and they hang out on his boat for a few days but I can't remember any of the finer details
The main character either falls or jumps off a cliff and it's fished out of the ocean by some weird dude who calls him a mermaid. Or something like that. It turns out the weird dude is a CEO of a big company or something. Please tell me the manga. It's been bugging me for some reason!
