Hahah welcome, cracking my head then I thought of this manga
it's been so long since I've read this and it's actually one of the old yaoi type of manga.. The only thing I remember is the last part which was the seme was in a cruise ship, uke followed (?) or the uke went with him and they had seggs.
I'm not sure but I think they were childhood friends who grew apart or like ex-lovers who reunited, but something similar coz they knew each other and love each other and they got reunited again..
