I dont think so.....probably yea the guy suffering bulliyng...yuri maybe felt responsability for that and for some mistake or other or sad......yuri himself provoke accidentaly the fire and looking the guy remember him fault and the fire......SORRY MY ENGLISH IS REALLY BAD........I AM FROM ARGENTINA
I think the new kid is the reason why Yuri's parents were killed in the fire. Maybe he got bullied and Yuri didn't help him, so he lashed out and decided to take revenge but it turned horribly wrong and killed Yuri's parents or something. That can also explain why the new kid has a burned scar on half of his face. I'm so scared that I'm right.....because that will be HEARTBREAKING ╥﹏╥
