I LOVE the positive influence these two have in each other. After what happened in season 1, you can tell Nakwon became softer due to his longing for Mokhwa by the way everybody started losing fear around him. And this kinda rub Nakwon the wrong way because he felt like people was seeing him now as a weak man, which switched on his fight or flight response. But I’m glad that he managed to keep his edge without going back to be a complete asshole. And I Love how Mokhwa has become more talkative, more relaxed thanks to the openings that Nakwon has created for him. He allowed Mokhwa to be more expressive and not constantly walk around eggshells like he needed to watch his words.
Of course this season is a slow burn because they’re dealing with feelings. The previous season was all about showing dominance due to the nature of both characters. It was all about Nakwon finding that he had it in him to actually risk everything for someone and the shock to find out that someone was the one he actually harassed and raped.
This second season is about him making amends and Mokhwa discovering this new side to human relationships.
This is honestly my current favorite BL because of how the author has been unraveling the characters emotions and train of thoughts.
