how did we get here. i'm so mad WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GREEN FLAGS....WHY ARE THEY RED. i liked the ml and his effort to date mc but i didn't think he was going to be that slow....mc needs to break his heart and run off for a while idk i'm feeling hateful

This is based on what people have said so what I know is vague but they break up and the ml gets married to fiancé and basically doesn’t understand why the mc is upset. Like huh??? Also, someone said that the ml tried to forget the mc which I find dumb cuz shouldn’t it be the other way around???
