At first i hate him but when i knew that he got hypnotized, it turned into pity
yah tbh i actually feel kinda bad for him. like imagine you wake up out of nowhere one day and you're just in a whole other country that you betrayed everyone for and everyone you once knew including the ones who loved you just hate your guts bc of legitimate wrongdoings that you had no say in and have no solutions for. i genuinely feel so bad for him since i feel like the author is going to write him as a villain regardless of the brainwashing so he isn't gonna get a redemption arc ;-;
I should probably hate the brother-in-law for ditching his country and daughter, but the fact that it's because he's like hypnotized by that Japanese woman, I hope MC helps him break free and brings him back to Korea, but of course, have him work hard for his redemption. I don't want him to remain an enemy and just die. ;-;
