He's not human so I don't think the adult in a child body trope fits here. He's a dragon and he just took over the first shape he saw which happened to be a child. I think if he had seen a grown adult, he would've taken the form of an adult.

He has the mental capability similar to human child despite being a dragon, he couldnt talk properly at all. He took the form of the nearest thing he saw which was a child probably around 10, so no, he is just a child. I believe he will grow up perhaps faster than the average human? The age gap is insane but Taehyuk doesn't come off as a predator at all and do take into consideration that he'll be similar to Taehyuk from the early chapters meaning hes not yet experienced anything with another male.
