Its like a universe where there are monsters and stuff and people with powers that are called espers, but when they use their powers they also lose their sanity (in some of these) so they need a guide that is like a person that makes them get better and sometimes they also cure them with physical contact (not necessarily sexual, but u know)
Usually it's the Espers that are the tops, this is the first that I've personally read where the Esper is the bottom (I'm sure there's others though). There's always issues with compatibility b/w the Guide & Esper. And both of them have ranking levels: S, A class etc Usually the Espers are pretty loopy.
There's less SA than in Omegaverse, but you do still find the "no means yes" classic yaoi trope though.
I liked B Class Guide I think it was called? It was funny. The style isn't to everyone's liking but the story was enjoyable, the translations were really good.
As people already explained it and you can say it is similar to omegaverse where omega are bottom whereas top are Alpha. But in a rare blue moon you get to see the role reverse. Similarly guideverse where esper are top and guide are bottom but here roles are reverse. One another aspect of guideverse is that they always have monsters.
