Yes but that's the ONLY symptom he showed. Just the "Oh I was a dog" part. There's more to schizophrenia and illnesses similar. I just meant like it would have been nice if it showed other things too.
And the fact that if he does have schizophrenia, that illness comes with yet even more delusions. Not just ONE THING it affects every day life unless medicated and treatment.
I have a friend and many others with schizophrenia and she experiences all sorts of things even if it's seeing haziness.

Throwing in this surprise out of the blue while not showing readers of him having any other symptoms, otherwise seeming normal makes this "twist" kinda weird because, is he lying?
