Could the boy in teacher siena's memory be shirone's biological father? Cause in the memory when she's talking to the three boys, she thinks how shirone is "just like him. Shirone is just like that person." and flashes to a memory of a blonde boy(?) That looks like shirone and is trying to reach her.
