I think you missed what she said at the end of chapter 30. She wants her to be a proud member of the Royal family. She truly has good intentions. And I would agree that sending her with the ML will solve 99% of problems. But she wants to see her sister happy. She wants to be part of her sisters happiness.
This is the first time I was disgusted with such a selfish MC, tbh she hasn’t really done anything for the girl except giving attention, and yet to think that she’s also a selfish btch, that’s way off the line. Sending fleeta to the ML solves 99% of the story’s problem
