Is it really rape if he’s literally complying with it for the money, it’s not like he’s doing it and getting nothing out of it
yes bc hes not a sex worker. hes complying with it because of his debt, not because this is something he genuinely wants to do to earn money. dan's body language and reactions have been pretty clearly signs (imo) of how little he actually wants to participate– most of this has been jaekyung coercing or threatening him into having sex. dan literally cannot say no, because if he does, then jaekyung will threaten him with his financial instability and his homelessness. plus there's the risk of jaekyung's temper– it wouldn't surprise me if dan was fearful of physical abuse/retaliation from jaekyung if he rejects him or his advances. dan's consent never mattered in the first place. and if he can't say no, then is his 'yes' really a yes?
tl;dr its r@pe because dan cannot say no to jaekyung.
