Yeah I assure you, it IS possible. The bladder is stimulated so it makes you want to pee even if it is not full. Everytime I did it with my boyfriend I had the need to pee and we always had to stop before I could not take it anymore and explode. XD;

After seeing anonymous answer I've done some research and it seems that it's in fact possible to pee with an erection. Not all men can though, it depends on the person... and the mood I guess.

Although one can get a "sort of" erection when you have to urinate really badly. But if you're aroused, nope.
