because shima said that he thinks being lovers is 'not (that) great' in his flow chart (seen in the panel above), but I think mukai is starting to like egashira. So he means that he thinks being lovers with her may actually be great!! :>
What did mukai mean when he said "I can't just not think of it as 'not (that) great' " ?
I am bad at reading in between the lines :( and it's kind of hard for me to keep up with the (possible) double meanings
