First off. The second couple is TERRIBLE! I straight up skip any scenes with them bc they are so unimportant. I could continue ranting just about them but I'll leave it at that. Secondly: I hate when sm relationships in these kinda stories just gets completely tossed aside for a vanilla relationship, if the author had chosen one or the other this story would have been better. Thirdly: fuck the brother, never should have been forgiven as easily as he was. Just glossed over all that straight up abuse he put his younger brother through just bc he was also sad. Like wtf
