Bahah he hurt his hand by hitting it quite harshly against the wall/corner pillar that was behind Ines. And in the scene he comes on to her quite strongly and suddenly so his hand collided with the wall v hard resulting in perhaps heavily scratched skin under the gloves or a knuckle splitting
I still don't understand why his hand bled like was he grinding on her that hard I mean their clothes should have been destroyed first before he bled XD
