the main difference between rpg/fantasy worlds and isekai is that in isekai you know whatever is happening is inside a game or another reality, yet there is still the conscious protagonist that he is not in the real normal world. While in fantasy/rpg said world is the actual reality of everyone there. Idkk if it makes sense, i really put a lot of thinking in deciding how to separate every story in a list that fits correctly, but sometimes i reallyyy overthink oml
