I think in the Korean one it's hyung instead of dude and the one's who translated it messed it up

They are the same age tho I think in korean the uke just said "yaa" which translated to "hey!" And instead of hey they used dude!
Why is everyone so obsessed over the uke calling the same due?? Like what else is he supposed to call him? (I mean he calls him by his name as well) So it's not only dude and bro... I just don't get it... uke saw seme in a very different light up to a few chapters ago, are yall expecting him to call seme "honey <3<3<3" or "darling ;););)" Like that would be even weirder
