The way i see it,
1) it looks like the boss grew up in an orphanage,
2) the glasses dude looks like he grew up a good house but his mother looks ill,
3) the spiky hair dude looks like he's been looking for a missing fam member (someone he's close with) for a long time,
4) while the bluse hair guy looks like he grew up in a controlling environment with his mom
