At first I was just really interested in how incubi would be portrayed and the artwork drew me over and I was perplexed by Hana’s initial reactions to the supernatural. I liked a bit of her backstory in being a great writer whose “friends” and I guess others who were close to her began treating her with hatred/jealousy then she began distrusting others. I do feel bad for the cute guy that fell for Hana and her writing, but I think Lux was often able to point out her lies and what she wanted. For a demon, I knew early on he didn’t want to get particularly close to his contact partner so that he could gain power and eventually retrieve his other horn. The betrayal of his last partner has stayed with him through the years since he wholeheartedly gave himself and turned on his own kind for her just to be discarded. The like the use of the line imagery as Hana became more honest with herself and tried to help Lux heal and trust again he got further from the line and close to her. I’ve grown to like Pass but I don’t know how it’s possible to have more than one partner when Lux and Hana decided to be monogamous. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
