I am talking about chapter 16 (?) where she met the other guy , the only thing which kinda disappointed me was how she didn’t ask what was going on but immediately made mc apologies to that guy without trying to understand the situation. Also just because i said that i was kinda disappointed doesn’t mean that i don’t have compassion or whatever.

because from earlier chapters you could tell that mc before transmigration (if that's the correct word) was the kind that got into trouble or arguments with the boys in their village that ended in him being beat up so it makes sense that she'll want to deescalate the situation by making him apologize given his track record (what she knew him as before he transmigrated back to this timeline) since that's the only way she could protect them both even if mc was not in the wrong but rather the victim in those situations ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

and that’s not how someone should act. i get it that he has an record or something but it still doesn’t make it right. A lot can go wrong because of this both for mc and his sister too. You can’t just always act like this

yh never said it was good but also being defiant won't bring a good outcome either, especially if they don't have a way to defend themselves if others decide to retaliate back at them. Like I'm pretty sure we've both seen enough of these situations play out in both manhwas and mangas to know what happens when you stay down apologize or be defiant and defend yourself. Like it's such a cliche plot line, you've got to understand no matter answer you choose, the author will just end up killing (or kidnapping or r*ping) the relative of the mc for plot especially if this was a common occurrence

Oh your rant is justified, but I didn't write my response with intent to make you feel like aren't allowed to feel anything, wasn't even trying to evoke empathy from you, just wanted to you see a baseline or rather where I was coming from, maybe you knew as well I don't know but in as much as one has an opinion it's in human nature for them to make people understand where that opinion comes from.
In your case, the dissatisfaction of how the sister handled the situation, totally understandable because it's very hard for a lot people to hold in their emotions and bow their heads and it looks like you are kind of person that doesn't like that kind of trait in characters of manhwas/ mangas (I apologize if I assumed wrong) you rather have them handle the situation differently, believe me I get that feeling so it normal for you to feel dissatisfied with her.
