I was seeing where he messed up as he was doing it. I think there are 2 very different lines of conversation. The MC thinks he completely hates her and with the latest statement wouldn’t like her sun kissed or pale as far as physical attraction goes. The ML never had healthy relationships with anyone, maybe his mother, but definitely not his father or those that were disgusted with his existence. He likes her and is swayed to toward love with all of her actions but doesn’t lower his guard for fear of vulnerability. It’s self-sabotage that he doesn’t realize. What’s sad is that he doesn’t allow himself to see that she’s unlike the rumors, kinda want her sister in-law to knock or talk some sense into him. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
