I wouldn't be surprised if the brother either died JUST AS Yohan gets the list, or after. If its the first option, I imagine he would die before Yohan actually hands the list, and Victor wouldn't be in trouble but he would be conflicted due to Yohan breaking his trust.
BUT if he dies AFTER handing the list I imagine we'd have one of those moments where the Victor and Yohan are apart for a long while, idk just my guesses
